1: APPLICATION
CV and portfolio are a must. A cover letter is not, but it allows us to better understand your values, hands-on track record, and aspirations.
2: CALL
Discussions begin with a phone call. We may have some additional questions, requests related to your submitted documents, a potential test or just get familiar and propose an on-site meeting.
3: ON-SITE MEETING
The penultimate step in the process of utmost importance. We want to get to know you better, discuss how we can work together and tell you more about our values and team. It’s also an opportunity for you to visit our studio and see if it meets your expectations.
4: OFFER
Shortly after our on-site meeting, we will return with the job offer or feedback regarding our decision.
